But today, many feel they are throwing their money away as housing values drop and they owe more than their houses are worth. I'm hearing of more people getting apartments to get rid of the hassles of a house. Wishing you the best and hope you get your dream home one day Annamarie! I am SO sick of apartment living. If we could find a way to roll the closing costs and down payment into the loan then we could do it - but simply cannot come up with the closing costs all at once.
