		<description>Yeah, in the good old days you used to be able to get a house for less than or about the same as you would pay in a mortgage and the big push was to &quot;buy a house, build equity&quot;, so you weren&#039;t throwing your money away.  But today, many feel they are throwing their money away as housing values drop and they owe more than their houses are worth.  I&#039;m hearing of more people getting apartments to get rid of the hassles of a house.

		<description>I just wish I could buy a house in the first place.  I am SO sick of apartment living.  If we could find a way to roll the closing costs and down payment into the loan then we could do it - but simply cannot come up with the closing costs all at once.  And since we pay so much for the apartment, we&#039;re actually losing money that way too.</description>
